MPS was founded in 1995. Our staff members combine their years of experience with our team spirit in order to provide excellent services to our customers. Many of our employees have extensive related experience prior to the MPS startup. Our offices are located in Rancho Santa Margarita, California and provide services to Northern and Southern California. Staff is available for personalized service Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Our system is available for your use 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

MPS currently provides accounting services for homeowner associations, commercial properties, apartments, and high-rise condominiums located from the San Francisco Bay Area to San Diego, California.

We also provide lockbox services to homeowner associations and bankruptcy trustees. Other lockbox customers include Timeshare vacation properties that are located world-wide.

It is our philosophy that the time you currently spend on accounting functions, that MPS can do, can be better spent increasing your client base. Then, as your company grows, our services can easily accommodate that expansion.
